Great atmosphere and love the decor and relaxed setting  with great views of the river. Plenty of food choices on the menu and I really loved the idea behind share plates, rather than individual full meals. I feel however it would be better suited for meeting up with other people such as friends, rather than as a date night venue as there is plenty of downtime between dishes, giving you plenty of time to chat amongst yourselves. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly although the younger servers seemed a little skittish. Best dishes of the night were the 12 hour slow cooked beef brisket which I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take a picand also the tempura zucchini flower. Also highly recommend the lime margaritas

Alcohol was reasonably priced and cocktails were delicious. Food and serving sizes were good. Food was quick to come out. Location is on the water so some nice views but thankfully enclosed so not cold at night. We were seated with a dirty plate and later given dessert with no spoons. Two younger staff that seemed a bit amateur but more experienced staff picked up the slack and provided great service. Nice addition to Nowra!

Friendly staff. Good drinks. I find the lunch great 5 stars. However the tapas style for dinner is average, especially for the price and size 3 stars. Mostly a place to be seen. Nice view of the bridge.

Brilliant good and wonderful hospitality!! We loved our dinner at Ponte- the team were super helpful, their wine list is great and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the short rib and polenta chips we ate it too quickly before we took a snap!.  Thanks Ponte team- we’ll be back!

That was a very special moment with my family! Cozy place and great food! The staff was very helpful as it provided me with a lot of vegan adapted meals.  Recommend this restaurant

Really nice restaurant for share plates with friends. Great variety of dishes ensures there is something for everyone. Enormous wine selection. Parking can be a nightmare

Really nice food, tapas style - you get to try lots of flavours. Liked all dishes but my favourite were the mushrooms arancini and salmon ceviche.

The food and service here were amazing!! I headed to Ponte with a girlfriend for a long lunch, and was not disappointed at all! The spanner crab pasta was definitely a highlight, as was the mango pavlova.

Updated 2022 Review: We attended The Ponte Bar and Dining last night for dinner. I am disappointed to say, I no longer agree with my last year's decision on 4 stars. As I mentioned in my 2021 review. The service was not great. Unfortunately it seems to have gotten worse. The workers are very dull and don't appear to be happy to see you, interested in you at all. And even more Unfortunately then that. The word did not hit the mark for me last night. Not when we are paying $200. If the food wasn't lacking in flavour, it was overcooked. If the sauce wasn't over powering the fish, there wasn't enough. Please don't order the BBQ Pork pancakes. They were the most dry, and unflavoured dish I've had in a while. Literally 1 star and that's cause it was edible. The cocktail my husband had tasted horrible. So Unfortunately for us last night. The only thing that hit the spot for us was the view, and the wine. Those two things were amazing, and is what is keeping my review from being 2 stars. Which us disappointing because with this spot, and the wine collection... this place has so much potentionals if they had more passionate staff. More passion means better food and better service. Hopefully this place can improve because they have potential.  2021 Review: Great food, good drinks, OK service, they could have been more friendly and patient. But environment was great, good vibe and amazing view.

Absolutely brilliant. Very highly recommended. Really Delicious food.  Coped with my onion and garlic allergy without turning a hair.  Portions not too big so you can eat a great meal without feeling uncomfortable. Delightful friendly service. Beautiful view, right on the river.
