Knight Frank together with Rockhampton Regional Council is pleased to offer this unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality business to be part of the revitalisation of Rockhampton’s Riverbank precinct and establish itself as a vibrant destination venue for the region.

Expressions of interest are being sought for the exclusive lease of the upper level restaurant and bar area within the new waterfront Pier structure. The available space consists of a commercial kitchen and service area designed in collaboration with the successful tenderer, in addition to indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor al fresco dining space.

The wrap around balcony features floor to ceiling glass walls on the waterfront, making the building appear to float over the iconic Fitzroy River. The restaurant’s central location within the new Riverbank Revitalisation precinct provides for direct access and a strong connection to the retail and business heart of the CBD.
