Knight Frank together with Rockhampton Regional Council is pleased to offer this unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality business to be part of the revitalisation of Rockhampton’s Riverbank precinct and establish itself as a vibrant destination venue for the region.

Expressions of interest are being sought for the exclusive lease of the upper level restaurant and bar area within the new waterfront Pier structure. We visited the Boathouse and enjoyed the chips, oysters, and garlic pizza bread. The oysters Kilpatrick were absolutely delicious, and the chips had great seasoning with a generous portion, perfect for sharing. However, the garlic pizza bread was overly oily, which made it a bit too heavy to enjoy.nnThe cocktails were nice, and the service was quick and attentive. We came during a quieter time, which allowed us to snag a fantastic seat overlooking the Fitzroy River and the bridge. The serene atmosphere added a lot to the experience. Overall, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view, with just a small room for improvement in the food preparation.

Beautifully located right beside Fitzroy River of Rockhampton. Nice atmosphere, open and windy place. A pleasant place to have a nice meal.nnThe grilled Barra fish taste fresh and brilliant.nnService is good, food prices are reasonable for such unique location and brilliant view of the Fitzroy river.

This is a really nice place to go to especially for breakfast as, in addition to the food and service being excellent, the view across the river to the mountains with the accompanying breeze in summer is really lovely. Additionally, there are many beautiful buildings along Fitzroy River bank to Boathouse restaurant.

Magic look down and across the river with the riding lights of moored yachts coming on with dusk. Even with the 40 degree day the evening breeze and generous space provided an authentic comfortable tropical feel. Friendly bar staff. Good menu. Unintrusive service. Even found me to return a hat and sunnies the next day because I had booked online.

This place ticks all the boxes - great location on the river, attentive and friendly service, and great food generously apportioned. It's vegetarian-friendly. Food was served fast.nThis is exactly what a restaurant should be! Well done!!
