I contacted BNKR asking more details about their ‘social responsibility’ as their web page was quite vague… their response: ‘Unfortunately, I do not have any specific goals to share with you at this time.’ If you don’t have goals or initiatives, then how can you claim you are doing something to reduce your environmental impact? Please stop misleading customers. We deserve better.
My very first experiance in BNKR today, couldn't have been better. Friendly staff and gorgeous clothes. Stefanie was awesome 12 out of ten for her service. Definately going back!
I can't say enough good things about the customer service, amazing staff and beautiful comments I received last Friday. This is the third time I've been in this store and cannot fault it one bit. The staff went above and beyond to find me my perfect out for my 21st coming up and literally did everything they could to find the sizes for me. Can't thank them enough for the amazing service.
Store has closed down. Unless it has relocated somewhere else. No window signs to advise a change of location. Disappointing as I've made a special trip here for someone. Website says that its open today. Even phone number not connected.
The girls at the BNKR store always provide amazing service and the product is amazing : One of my favourite stores in the mall!
Friendly staff, beautiful clothing, large change rooms. Be prepared to pay for your item but it's worth it.
