My experience with Adam was sensational I rang him with a problem he said no problem bring the car in he not only fixed the problem he has tuned the car so well that I am getting at the least city driving 8/9 hundred km to a tank Adam has always been at the other end of the phone with help and advice his customer service is exceptional and his understanding of female drivers is up there and he washed my car how good is that well done Thank you Adam appreciate you you are a gentleman

Absolutely impeccable and flawless service. My BMW E46 required a completely new engine, and from the moment I called for a quote, I was granted with stellar service and quality. Very affordable, and it is safe to say, my engine and main compartments sound and perform just as it did when I first bought it in 2005. Champions. Will definitely be taking my car there from now on. Appreciate it Adam!!

Had an issue with my car that 2 specialised bmw mechanics couldnt figure out. I took it to adam at bm's r us and he told me the issue straight away. It was fixed within a few days and my car runs like a dream now. Deffinately can rely on you guys for a good, clean and reliable job. Very very helpful.

Had a problem with my 335i at BMW Melbourne while it was under warranty it sat there for 2 weeks they could not reproduce the problem I was told by Jason the service manager a friend of mine recommended Adam at BM'S R US and swore that he would be able to fix my car so I contacted Adam and he organised towing for me after just 2 days I was told to come and pick my car up he managed to fix my car when the dealership couldn't thank you so much Adam!
