Great workshop! I have taken a couple of my cars to John and his team now, and the quality of work is second to none. John and his team have always been great to me and John is always happy to answer any questions you may have and always takes the time to run through what is happening with you car. I think people can be quick to leave negative feedback if they have a bad experience but rarely leave feedback if everything goes well. The fact that John and his team have so many positive reviews like mine is a testament to the work that John and his team do.

On to my third BMW, all serviced and repaired/maintained at BM Autowerks over past 6+ years. John, Matt & team are very experienced with BMW’s and happy & wiling to take time and explain what needs/could be done. Prices are not the cheapest around, but you absolutely get what you pay for, if you want to trust your vehicle to a cheap mechanic, good luck to you. If you want independent specialists that offer the same as dealers with parts and knowledge then BM Autowerks is for you. Great service and team, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have been a happy customer for last 5 years and want to leave this comment on the warranty of their repairs. I noticed that this is an area where it is less mentioned and thought would be beneficial for everyone. This is my story.. I had my Valve Cover Gasket replaced recently and noticed that the leak is still happening. I took the car back and explained the issue. John without any hesitation decided to look in to it and booked in for a replacement. The guys fixed the issue under warranty and explained what had happen to me and the culprit was a manufacturer fault of the replacement gasket.. They handle the whole process professionally without any finger pointing and provided a loan car free of charge!!!. Thanks again Guys!!

John and team have serviced & maintained all my BM's over the last 10 years. They are honest in their diagnostics and truly professional in handling any issues that may arise. In 10 years, I've only had one experience where the car was not ready in time however this is due to supplier delaying delivery and not BM Autowerks at fault. Price is not the cheapest but more than fair considering the overall extra checks they do when the car is being serviced. Highly recommended!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from the team at BM Autowerks over the last couple of years. John's knowledge of these vehicles is impeccable. He is very thorough with his explanation of any issues and keeps you informed every step of the way. I've found their prices to be very reasonable when compared to other prestige car specialists. I travel over an hour each way to get my car serviced here and to be honest I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. We're often too quick to leave bad feedback after bad experiences and don't commend businesses after good experiences, so here's a big thank you to John, Matt and the team at BM Autoworks for a fantastic job. Keep up the great work!
