I have had one initial appointment so far and am very impressed and hopeful about treatment so far. Dr Jason Lam was very thorough and considerate and when he challenged my ideas about possible causes he provided reasonable alternatives and treatment options. I have really struggled in the last 2 years trying to get a doctor to take my concerns seriously and previously when I have said I would like to try X potential treatment they have often said no and then provided no alternative. I am very greatly for the care Dr Lam and the staff at Bluff Rd Medical provided me.
Dr Lam is Absolutely amazing, he fit so much into my initial appointment. I felt heard which is rare. 100% recommend him. I could see him really thinking about my complex conditions, trying to think out of the box. Staff were so lovely
The reception area and staff are great. We live over an hour away but hubby sees doctor Hannon there, whom he followed from Latrobe valley. A very caring, responsible and thorough doctor. Excellent! He’s a big loss to the valley. Our loss but Sanderingham’s gain.
Bluff Road Medical deserves high praise. After a long time searching for a doctor to deal with our baby's tongue tie, we are so grateful to find doctor Anita. Doctor Anita is excellent, providing thoughtful consultations and great service for our baby. She is very patient in answering all our questions, and treated our baby in a super caring manner. I also appreciate the personalized support that made the whole experience feel amazing for us. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes a comforting environment. Highly recommend this place!
I found it was a very pleasant experience. The doctor appointment was punctual and a new doctor for me. Emma was friendly and efficient. The nurse who gave me a prolia and covid injection was also good. The receptionist was patient and booked me and my husband for shingles injections in March. Georgie Cass
