Every time I go in here I realise why I avoid it. Staff dont seem interested or approachable. Would be nice to at least be asked if there was something they could help with. More interested in chatting amongst themselves it seems. Decent enough range but overpriced and not much for the average fisherman who doesnt want to spend thousands. Will definitely shop elsewhere In future!
You can stand in this shop for an hour looking at the reel cabinet and noone will ask if you would like some help. Don't get me wrong, I like to be left alone to browse, some shop assistants don't give you time to look, but these guys take leaving you alone to the next level. Its my local fishing shop, but I chose to drive 45 minutes to the Myaree store which is a completely different experience.
Came into purchase a new Baitcast reel yesterday afternoon specifically the Curado 70I. All I can say is what great service! I recall the blokes name being Alex that handled my sale. His Knowledge for baitcast reels was impeccable, it was great to have someone showing me what I needed from personal experience that he had found. His enthusiasm when talking about baitcasters was something else. Unfortunately you did not have the reel I was after, but he kindly suggested that he could get it in from another store but I needed it that day. I will certainly be back just for his and Bluewater's great Service. Hopefully next time a few more models to choose from.
I love shopping at Bluewater Tackle Morley, my experiences here have been great, good service and advice from friendly, knowledgeable guys. Broad range of products and excellent opening hours too!
Great and knowledgeable service, prices are high but I get the feeling there not trying to rip you off its just there not bcf so not the buying power.
Easter catalogue. .. 4 item i wanted, the stores did not receive well not a 100% sure.. As one store said sorry all sold out the other store i phoned said no one got them..lol.. get it together
Staff are easy to talk to and know alot about fishing unlike most staff members from bcf bluewater has good staff and good prices. Highly recomend.
Good range but the prices are much higher than everywhere else, I think they slap on 10% straight away.
One of the best tackle shops I've been to have all your high end needs under one roof and very knowledgeable staff
