Some of the fittings could use an update, but the size of the apartment was great and the balcony overlooked the marina, which made it a great experience. Also very peaceful. Shops and pub within walking distance. Management we're good to deal with. It is recommended to Book directly.

We are currently renting here and couldn't fault it ! such a beautiful spot and handy to everything you need ! Great views a beautiful pool spa n sauna

Very disappointing once you discover poor housekeeping skills and laziness. Mould in the showers and dirty cups as we walk in. Beds are very uncomfortable, we went to go for the sofa bed so our backs would stop hurting to find it's locked by the "owners which aren't here".  Kevin the manager showed no professionalism and parked in our car parking spot, this is the same bloke that knew we needed that spot. Little did he care about our polite complaint about the beds and brushed us off.  The plus side is, good ground floor apartment and good balcony area. Customer service is appaling.

Great location, accompanied by helpful staff. Well maintained amenities, like swimming pool, sauna, shower rooms. The rooms are spacious, with two levels. Rooms are well furnished. Breathe taking views. The kitchen area is well furnished with cooking range, fridge, oven and microwave. Spacious bathrooms with decent amount of amenities. The place is located right next to the water, with shops and supermarkets walking distance

Good location, good sized apartment. Very noisy, as on the right hand side, across the road there is a karaoke bar that plays late into the night. Also the beds are not very comfortable. A few food options nearby for breakfast etc. It was fine for a short stay.

Great hotel, stayed here over Valentine's in a 3 bedroom apartment with friends and the family with a great view over the marina. Has a gym, pools and sauna, was really good to get a good use of the pool and BBQ area over the weekend. Great atmosphere, alot of people actually live here as well, so don't be afraid to strike up a convo in the elevators as you might find a great restaurant or bar.

Wonderful environment with immaculate facilities, heated pool, gymnasium, sauna & secure parking. Walking distance to shops, restaurants &  picturesque strolls. Views over marina & boardwalk just superb. 12 days of sheer bliss. Hosts went out of their way to make our stay great. Will certainly return.

Great place for a get together, we stayed here for touch football very close and convenient

Located on the main rd at Minyama, a little hard to see, easy to miss the entrance. Good, clean accommodation. We used the spa and sauna but lots of people were using the gym and heated pool. The view from the balcony overlooks the marina and it was nice to watch the sunrise, the boats coming in and the people paddleboarding around. Walking distance to the shopping center, Dan Murphy's, pubs, restaurants and take aways. Will be visiting again.

Very nice place with good value. The only negative thing I can comment on is that the front door of many of the apartments don't have seals or floor sweeps. As a result some bugs crawl in from outside into the room.
