We chose to try this cafe based on the homemade sourdough crumpets on the menu. They did not disappoint! Great coffee, nice atmosphere, kind staff and delicious food. Added bonus is the gift shop attached.

Had the beef burger $25, bit expensive for a small burger & chips. Meat was tough, had to cut it to eat it... should have asked for a steak knife!! Chips were lovely. Nice beer. Lovely place. Staff not very chatty with customers.

Had breakfast  Absolutely  really nice food! Best milkshake ever and the service was excellent.  Highly recommend...

We had a very yummy brunch! Eggs Florentine with hollandaise sauce and fresh dill on toasted sour dough!! We sat outside in the garden/ courtyard in dappled sunshine. The cappuccino and latte were great. We watched happy children slurping huge iced Chocolate drinks and well behaved dogs sitting alongside their owners. We think we had a perfect time!

Hope this place gets visits it is deserving of. A little out of town but well worth a weekly visit. The chicken burger was sooooo good and chips on the side was more than your ordinary chips. It is my choice for anytime of the day. Love the friendly and efficient service.
