Worst freight service in the world I'm guessing ! Been waiting for a delivery nearly 3 weeks, it only had to travel an 1-1/2 hours from me. The vendor dispatched straight away at the time of order and my $500 product is just sitting somewhere I guess- no movement on the tracking. Hopeless and has messed me around bigtime. I hate companies like this, no care for the customer and from other similar comments, there seems to be no effort to improve. So they deserve this review !
Parcel is over 3 weeks past est delivery date, called customer service and they told me theres nothing they can tell me and I need to go back to seller. I explained I have twice and she said sorry cant help. Very stressful being less 2 weeks out from xmas. Won't let me reply, I called again after reply to be put on hold for 5 minutes and again told theres nothing they can tell me, Im assuming at this point the parcel has been lost. What a frustrating process
Extra large fragile top load only parcel shipped halfway across the country to regional NSW area. Arrived safely and on time. Job well done.
Missed the ETA by days and refused to give any updated to us, receiver. The shipment has been held in Somerton for days and we can't even go and collect it.nCustomer service unprofessional and laughing over the phone.nNone of our deliveries will go through Bluster Global anymore.
Bluestar said to contact the ‘broker’ as they could not divulge where my shipment is the item that I have paid for. As of today I have still not received my shipment and do not know where it is. Terrible service by all involved.
