Absolutely love it! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the bartender, Sebastian!nWe were able to try a taste of the Terminator looking beer on tap Future Past, worked out we didn't like it and settled on an alcoholic ginger beer and a Lager!nWe came for the schnitty and so glad we did tonight because they were on special for $20 each! Big serving sizes and the food was better than good, it was great! The crumbing on the chicken was top notch!nnAtmosphere and décor of the place was so nice I'd make this a go to bar for me!nReally enjoyed a night out and glad I picked this bar to try!!
A bar & restaurant with huge atmosphere.nThe two front office staff on the night we came on for a meal were really great.nWe felt the prices for both food which was middling at best, and drinks were a little higher than other venues in the district
Dropped in for the first time today for a late lunch. At first I thought they made a mistake cause it was so cheap. We were told to expect a 30 minute wait for the food but it was actually served in less time than indicated!nnWith the kitchen and front of house struggling with a lack of staff and I must say that the food that came out was beautiful, fresh, and tasted fantastic. I couldn't help myself and had to compliment the staff and kitchen for looking after us the way they did. I will definitely go back!nnSorry I didn't take photos of the food but I can say the Wagyu cheeseburger with bacon is well worth a try!nnEdit- came back for a second helping for Easter Monday and it was just as good as last time. Love a consistent kitchen. Remembered the photos this time!!
First visit today. We were told to try Bluenose Betty by a friend she said you can take your friendly and behaved dog into the outdoor lounge area.nIt's a great venue, staff are friendly, There is a great atmosphere. It want busy this afternoon staff had a minute to bring a water dish for our dog.nToday Friday special for lunch is Big Schnitzel Day. Awesome $20 is great value.nIt's Quiet and peaceful our new best adventure.
Had a great time here having afternoon drinks with friends for a birthday celebration. Great atmosphere, good staff and great food. There is a really nice feel to this 100 year old building, with old roof beams and struts above our heads, lots of room inside, a courtyard out the back and a generally good atmosphere. Hubby and I enjoyed the fabulous halloumi bites, chicken popcorn and sweet potato fries. Wonderfully crispy on the outside, tender on the inside - the food, not us:- The halloumi was particularly good - airy and crispy and tasty. Well worth the drive out from inner Brissie.
