Everyone should do Svaroopa yoga, its is so good for your spine and your mind! Kerryn's expertise in teaching and her ability to assess each person's individual issues and needs is outstanding. And its such a beautiful and peaceful studio!

I began Svaroopa Yoga classes in Brisbane in 2009 and when I moved to Melbourne in 2019, I couldn't imagine what I would do if I couldn't find another teacher.  My search found Kerryn at Blue Water Yoga in Ocean Grove and for the past year I have driven 90 minutes to Ocean Grove twice a month for Svaroopa.  The lake location and the yoga studio are magnificent.  Kerryn is a great Svaroopa teacher who is devoted and very committed to this practice.   All her classes are wonderful. The benefits for me personally have been life changing - I am more resilient and I have  a stronger , healthier body.   I couldn't imagine my life now without Svaroopa Yoga and so very thankful that I found Kerryn and Blue Water Yoga.  And it only gets better and better.  Thank you Kerryn and Svaroopa Yoga.

Loving the Svaroopa Yoga course as taught by Kerryn. It's gentle, prop based practice is really addressing my alignment issues without aggravating the hypermobility of my joints. Sooooo relaxing too!

Calm surroundings of nature add to the peace of the class.  Strategic proppings support eight decades of body wear and tear to send me out taller than when I came in.
