Horrible horrible horrible experience DO NOT get your loan here. I was paying extra for insurance got excepted for it 2 months ago they doubled paid them they were taking the money out while I was waiting to be excepted 2 months they’ve been paid out and I’m still on insurance they are charging me extra for insurance STILL and taking the money out of my account customer service has no knowledge will tell you someone will get back to you then no one does DO NOT believe them when they say someone is working on your account right now or we will call you back today not to mention if you dial their number the option for complaints will just hang up on you horrible company
