Located on Canterbury Road, just next to the historic Maling Road precinct.

During morning or late afternoon, you can stroll down Maling Road; which provides a relaxing yet stimulating experience of the clothes and the Antiques shops in an Old English village setting; then visit Blue River Thai for Lunch (Friday) or for dinner (Tuesday to Sunday). We are Fully Licenced and B.Y.O. (Wine Only).

One of my favourite places.
We eat veggie spring rolls and then a selection of veggie stir fries and green prawn curry.  Top off with coconut ice cream.  5 stars all day.

Great food and good setvice. Some interesting menu items that are different from the usual Thai foods.

This lovely restaurant opened especially for lunch on Sunday for our large family function. The decor is modern and clean, with tablecloths and nice wine glasses. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was top quality Thai food with a variety of dishes ranging from fish cakes, fried rice, spicy beef salad, deep fried fish, prawns, omelette, grilled beef and chicken and of course the the crispy pork (delicious!). All in all a wonderful lunch at a delightful restaurant. Would highly recommend it.
