One of the great watering holes going round. I was kicked out of this establishment for intoxication levels and antics not seen before in the sacred Blue pub, The buggers were so nice they welcomed me back in almost immediately. The crown jewel of Methven.
Friendly staff, good food and a great atmosphere
My favorite thing about the Blue Pub is the friendly staff. The wedges we got to share were fantastic too. If you are visiting Methven I highly recommend visiting the Blue Pub for a drink, a meal or both. Especially if it's a nice day and you can sit outside.
Great food, lovely outdoor dining space. We had the bangers and mash, halloumi, and pork belly bites. All delicious! Reasonably priced also and quick service at the time of day we were there 5pm

Arrived on our bus with 28 people unexpectedly after being let down with a forgotten booking at another restaurant for lunch and we were catered for superbly by staff. Well done and we will be back. Thanks
Great night. The local music teacher presented a concert with some of his pupils. He is an inspirational and inspiring teacher.
