Poor customer service! For a company that has over 100 boutiques they ought to give better training to their staff and answer their customer service phone line.
Yesterday I spoke to a lovely helpful lady in Head office. Couldn't have been a better experience. She then passed me over to another extremely helpful lady in customer service. Fantastic experience in processing a sale for me. Thankyou to you both. Great customer service.
Be careful shopping with BLue Illusion online: Customer service "toll free" number never has a person to talk to, emails are hardly replied to, etc.etc. and if you have a problem with your delivery as I do for almost two weeks now form the time order was made, you will have no one to help you. I am in the situation when the item ordered online shown as delivered but is, in fact, missing. Expensive coat was posted without signature, in the cheapest possible way and now I am in the position where there is no one to speak to about it, phone calls are not returned, emails are not answered! I will have to dispute the transaction with the bank! So, please, tell me how would you like THIS kind of shopping experience?!!! Take care everyone.
I cannot believe that the shop at Harbour Town in Adelaide is closing. It is a fantastic store with amazing staff. So disappointed and so is everyone else who regularly go there. Not happy.
