Gotta love a local fish and chip shop. With so many cafes and restaurants these days it's nice to re-live some old memories. Chips better than bottom of the harbour and prices far more reasonable expected due to location.
Tried the fish and chips meal $10.50 including a can soft drink. For the price and location, quality is decent. Big portion size good value.
Classic hamburgers, fish and chips and the best scallops potato in Sydney. It's hard to find "milk bar" type food like like you would of in the 70s & 80s, but they do it better than I remember it being. A true gem of a place! They also have fresh seafood.
Long time visitor of this place! The chips are always great, the current owners have been there for decades and sometimes go through rough patches where the service isn't as good as it once was but it always bounces back. Don't write off this place from one bad experience.
Reluctant review but owe it to others to write. Oily and heavily battered fish. Chips dry and stale. Staff was unhygenic- Incessantly scratching his head with his back turned towards customers which makes for an awkward experience.
Best chips I have had in a long time, but I will have to be more selective of my grilled fish in future. Then they may get 5 stars.
I bought 3 kilos of the most delicious cooked king prawns here. Booked them and picked them up. Fed 30 people for $4 each.
If you want a good meal donot go here because it is expensive and the fish and the crab bar are mostly the worst and not much people go here
A very nice and clean seafood shop.According to the area the price is reasonable.Customer service is good enough.
Horrible. Too much batter on the chips and the fish was over cooked. Avoid!
