Purchased a bouquet of flowers online from Bloom with Love for my Aunt’s birthday. The process was easy, the communication excellent, and the arrangement, beautiful and well received. I followed up with a call the next day to see how delivery went. Jenny took my call. She was friendly, able to assist and thanked me for ordering through Bloom with Love. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this great florist.
Jenny has been wonderful bringing my vision to life for our wedding florals! We went with artificial flowers for the big day as it was mothers day weekend, so Jenny had everything sorted well in advance with top quality flowers - they look & even had a genuine flower feel! I have ordered twice from Blossom with love and have found their arrangements to be affordable and of excellent quality. I found the website easy to navigate and the choices were excellent. The person receiving the flowers was over the moon. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks a bunch.... keep up the excellent work.
On the 1st of September I had a beautiful Flower arrangement .. with amazing bright colours delivered to my daughter for her birthday .. the colours where bright and vibrant just like I asked .. they delivered to her work place on time .. but here’s the thing these flower are still going .. still beautiful still looking fresh .. today is the 16 th of September.. I’m amazing and delighted at how good they still are .. there is no where else I would go in the shepearton area to get my flowers and gifts .. the staff are so friendly .. helpful.. they are magnificent .. so if you need flowers or that special gift please go and give them a go you will not be disappointed 10/10 in all areas .. oh and there prices are very good .. Spent $100 for an online order - A Native Beauty with a Tall Ceramic Vase. The owner clearly got the order confused with another and it was never delivered. When trying to follow up she said it had been delivered but couldn't provide any proof. She told us our order was delivered because it placed on Mothers Day, but it was actually placed a week later and our friend never received it. The owner refused to take responsibility for the mix up on her end, and her "solution" was to deliver a bunch of flowers that is poor quality and clearly not what we paid for - looks like $40 max and missing the vase we paid for. Very disappointed and so is our friend who lives locally. Wouldn't recommend this business.
Jenni and her team could not be any better if they tried! They are very knowledgeable, super friendly and always go above and beyond for myself as i never have any idea what i am after, the ladies are always very patient and helpful. They will continue to be my 'one stop shop' for anything gift, floral or plants. They always have so much choice and such beautiful things in store, the only problem i have in there is trying not to buy everything!! Would highly recommend this beautiful store.
