Nice and freindly staff....reasonable price

This drycleaner destroyed my curtains, then refused to accept responsibility for it. I was told my the citizens advice bureau I was entitled to a refund as the drycleaner should have warned me that damage was possible before starting the job, and after writing a letter to them, I have heard nothing back. I would definitely not recommend using their incredibly unprofessional services.

Took 3 pairs of trousers for dry cleaning. Needed some mending. Charged me and i didnt realize that one pants had not been mended. Went back and the guy that works there laughed at me like i was lying. theres a nice asian man on new windsor road that i would recommend
