This is my first time to do teeth check and clean in Australia. Bupa provided a free check and clean for new member at their cooperated clinic and I booked the free one to have a general check. To be honest, I feel disappointed about the experience at Bliss. The dentist did a deep clean without any advance notification (extra cost and the difference from general clean), which is not included in the free check and clean. She also didn't tell me any extra cost it generated before the job. All the extra cost and uncomfortable feeling after deep clean are out of my expectation. I assume the clinic should have let me know the extra cost above the free check and clean, and discuss with me the optional plans for my teeth given my situation. So that the patients will feel more comfortable about the service they receive.

Myself and my daughter were treated by Dr Adele & Dr Eden, both done a fantastic job. Thank you Dr Adele, Dr Eden & Nursing staff

Superb treatment and effects over many years with Dr Bliss. I am delighted he is and will remain my dentist; and I couldn't imagine myself going elsewhere for any reason.

Very disappointing. I took my kid there and the dentist treat her roughly. My kid was crying and he asked us to go away twice. it was just unbelievable . You can simply tell us you are not able to handle with kid instead of telling your customer to go away . Is fine if you cannot control the kid but please learn how to control yourself . I don't even want to give one star but i have no choice.
