Super upset with the flowers i received on valentines day, not at all like the picture. When I got there I was told they sold mine, and then was told that they had ran out of greenery. They pulled greenery out of another bouquet and then wouldn't hand the flowers over to me until i had payed. I also didn't appreciate the way the lady who worked the front pushed a chocolate in its wrapper into my mouth while I was trying to pay which made me uncomfortable. When i was able to have a look at the flowers once i was in the car i wasn't happy with how empty my $80 bouquet looked but had no time to go back in and wait on another bouquet because of the time schedule I was on. I had ordered the flowers on behalf of my Dad who works away, so the flowers were for my Mom and I was extremely unsatisfied considering I had rung up, pre-ordered what i wanted and even gave a time of when I would be there to pick them up. I wish I had bought a $40 bouquet from countdown, would of been far more impressive and worth my money and time.
