lovely place, only problem is that one of the older female budgies has a very prominent tail bob situation happening, her whole body was moving as she breathed which is a sign of laboured breathing and sickness. i told the man working there but he didn't seem too concerned. i can imagine caring for so many birds must be hard and keeping up with the condition of them all would be as well, but as a bird owner myself even small signs of sickness should be payed close attention too. budgies are prey animals, they hide their sicknesses as well as they can to avoid being targetted by predators, so a budgie showing symptoms of illness should be taken to the vet immediately because it's probably in a kind of late stage. all i suggest is taking a possible sick bird more serious and quarantining them from the flock until you can get them a check up: this is not a personal attack against the shop just out of concern for that bird i saw
Hopeless. Brought a light from here and it was faulty. Showed him the receipt but wouldn't accept it back because I didn't have the "box" it came in. No wonder they will go broke soon. Very poor service.
Great pet shop for supplies for my pooch and also super handy open on Sundays. Very reasonable prices for a small local business.
Great local shop with a friendly and very knowledgeable owner. The shop isn't huge but Paul is very obliging and if your not pressed for time he can get in most things. Always happy to support long standing local businesses.
This is a lovely little pet shop which has been run by the same family for years. Their prices are extremely reasonable and whilst they might be a tiny bit more expensive and I mean only a tiny bit than a supermarket or chain pet store, it is sure is worth it knowing that it is supporting a family business and a local business. They have a great selection of birds and fish and quite often Guinea pigs and every possible food selection for your every possible pet at home. Toys, accessories and knowledge are plentiful here. I can't recommend this place enough for all your pet needs.
Shop owner is very friendly, small fish supplies but still has products to help with cleaning tank, water treatment and food has a good variety of 'healthy' snack products for poochies as well. The shop seems to have alot of other animal products there but I am not in need of them so I can't comment on them.
Seller is very nice and polite, wide range of products but didn't like see that much birds in small cages. Wish I could free them all
Didn't have what we were looking for but the customer service was great, very friendly, chatty guy at the counter. We chatted for about 15mins even though he couldn't help us! Would go back there just for that!
Great pet store owner he is super kind and is really helpful has lot's of pet choices I reccomend it.
Good prices for crickets, knowledgeable, and efficient service! A recurring visit to this store for me
