Really helpful. Staff have great product knowledge and really good range.

Fantastic range of products, including a large selection of bulk goods. BYO bags are welcomed which is a wonderful way to reduce unnecessary plastic/packaging. Service is always super friendly and helpful.

I’m afraid I’d have to agree with some of the reviews. The service is terrible. I buy pretty specific items that thankfully they stock, otherwise I wouldn’t go there at all.

Really great selection of product... shame about the service though. Have been served by three different ladies on three separate occasions and they were incredibly rude and standoffish. No 'hello', didn't even speak at all aside from stating the price. So rude that I drove all the way to Mitcham for my needs even though I am local.

Always Excellent service, a large range of organic produce to choose from including fresh fruits and vegetables. Love doing my shopping here as the staff always make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommended :

I've been shopping here for years. Very lovely women who have been friendly and helpful no matter how strange my request or vague my behaviour.

I wish there was another option for a health food store close by. The staff are always cold and acting as if you're bothering them. I have dealt with a few staff there and unfortunately they were all like this. I'm not sure if they just generally don't like their job or are just miserable people but it really puts me off and encourages me to shop elsewhere.

Great selection and service. I wouldn't take much stock of the people saying the service is "cold" or "rude" - these are likely folk which expect to be treated like royalty.
