A great venue for a quick lunch or a fun cocktail. I have eaten here often. It’s busy. Vibey and the food is decent. Service always nice and the venue is an ideal location. Love watching the dogs and kids in the grass.
2nd visit here. Best brunch in Sydney in my view. Around 20mins’ wait during weekend noon. Service still good though. Recommend truffle egg and chips. Crab pasta has quite much crab meat but sauce a bit too sour for me.
We went for brunch on a busy and sunny saturday morning, but we were quickly seated. We had the northside spritz, which was really fresh and good. To eat I had the chilli scrambled eggs, and what an amazing choice I made! They were delicious and the chilli oil was simply amazing!!nReally good and nice place.
I really enjoy this café and have been back a few times. I’ve tried different things on the menu, and everything has been great. Today I had their simple scrambled eggs, simple, delicious and exactly what you’d hope for. I love when a place makes the effort with a simple dish like that. The coffee is excellent!nnOne thing that stands out is the staff. Whether it’s first thing in the morning or peak lunchtime rush, they’re always kind, polite, and considerate. Even when it’s busy and there’s a wait outside, the system for seating people is fair and well-managed. If you come early, you can usually get a seat quickly.nnI’m really happy with everything I’ve tried on the menu, and the quality is consistently fantastic. For me personally, the only reason this café isn’t my absolute favourite is that the menu could have more variety. They cover a lot of bases really well, but when I’ve come with friends, not everyone has felt totally satisfied with the options. That’s purely personal preference, though I’ll definitely keep coming back and working my way through the menu. When I’m craving something different, I might go elsewhere, but this place is always a solid choice.nnIt feels like a well-run café with friendly staff, great coffee, and consistently good food. I haven’t been disappointed.
We got there and put our name on the waiting list at 10.30am and got a table at 11.20am on a Sunday. There were probably more than 30 people outside the cafe either waiting for a table or enjoying takeaway drinks from the cafe. All the dishes and drinks we had were delicious and no wonder the cafe was that busy and people still wait for almost 1 hour. I’d love to go back there again but hopefully I don’t have to wait 50 mins next time!
