Emailed Josh at Blackwell plumbing and received no reply. Then rang him 2 days later and he said give him a call next week as he was on holiday. That was fine. Rang him the next week and he said he would do the job later that week. Didn't show and no communication. Rang him the next Monday, no apology then he said he would do it on Wednesday. Didn't show, no communication. I understand that there will be hold ups but straight no shows with no communication wasn't a great customer experience. I hope he is better with other customers.

We used Blackwell Plumbing for our bathroom renovation. Josh and his team were great to deal with, and provided excellent advice throughout.

Fast efficient and has a beautiful beard
