My wife's Dr is at another practice, every single time she has made an appointment over past 5yrs she has never once been on time, always a minimum of an hour behind. I brought her down to this Medical Centre and without an appointment got in within 15mins, exceptional service at both front desk and from Dr. We have now visited here 3 times, each and every time has been similar, great service, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

If i could give ZERO stars for DR REGY JOSEPH i would! If you are pregnant please stay away from her! I had the worse treatment from DR REGY JOSEPH, she has no respect for personal privacy and completely violated my personal space and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable that i literally ran out of her office with my son. Will never ever go back there!

This is the worst medical centre. I have called 3 times hoping someone was competent enough to update my daughter's immunization record but all I get are empty promises. How I wish I never took my daughter to get immunized here. It has been over 2 months and Medicare still has not received the details. I wouldn't be surprised if this centre goes out of business.

Got a pediatrician referral for my daughter's anxiety and that doctors number doesnt exsist. Searched on google abd theres no way of contacting them to male an appointment. I have called and left messages for Dr Patu the doctor we saw and even went in to speak to someone about my issue and was told over and over he's not in or he is with a patient and that they'd leave a message for him to contact me. If it was for me I wouldn't care as much but this is for my child and I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks and got no where. I will be taking all my kids back to the old location now called Emerald Medical Centre they seem to care about their patients.
