Story

The bakery and cafe we are making a lot of its fare in house, from fresh sourdough loaves, baguettes, brioche and pastries, to the more serious looking cabinet of French-inspired cakes and tarts.

Blacksmith Bar uses only the finest spirits and the freshest ingredients combining them with deep knowledge and passion.
Adventurous spirit? Test us. We can make up a craft drink for you on the spot and you can take home the recipe. That would be YOUR signature drink!

we at Blacksmith love our Aussie craft beers thats why we have 14 of them from 4Pines brew to Young henrys and many more.

The coffee and food here is great and so is the customer service, they are lovely and welcoming every time I visit. The pulled roast chicken wrap is also incredible! Would highly recommend
The food was delicious and fast, the staff were so attentive and kind, they went above and beyond to please customer, I couldn't recommend it enough! Excellent with kids!
Stumbled across this cafe at Surry Hills and surprised they got really nice food. Seating was not the most comfortable as the decor is pretty industrial. Staff was very friendly and helpful in terms of recommending food if you were indecisive. The kimchi baked eggs with chorizo was so yummy!

Very surprised, was like being back in time to the late 1800's, with the decor etc, when the smoothy arrived it was in a old fashioned glass jar The atmosphere was good and covid-19 safe distancing
Great food and love the look of the place, service was ok.
Very good food, pad thai was among the best I have ever had. Chicken katsu sandwich needed a bit more of an oomph crunch and chilli. Very good industrial ambience. Recommemded
