Love Dr Lorna. She's caring and thorough. Blackbutt Medical Centre can sometimes get a little bogged down in over time but for the most part they are a caring team who only want what's best for their patients and practice.
Blackbutt medical center doctors and staff are patient and caring, never had a bad experience here. Almost always on time with minimal wait.
Absolutely horrible experience at this doctors. Waited over an hour to see the doctor who showed no care for my health at all. Was extremely rude to me and not helpful at all. I was so upset and still am after seeing that so called Dr! He left me sitting there while looking through my history with the most uncaring attitude to make the consultation longer than it needed to be!nSeems like they only care about your money! And being medically retired and on a pension for 14 yrs I was and still feel taken for a ride! $145 and no help!!! Disgusting!
Staff very friendly and helpful although I didn't appreciate a patient turned up an hour earlier his appointment and was given my appointment spot even though I had been there 15 minutes before my appointment time
