Reception staff were lovely. I was even offered a cup of tea or coffee and given a couple of biscuits while I waited.nnIf only the doctor was as lovely.
Love Dr Lorna. She's caring and thorough. Blackbutt Medical Centre can sometimes get a little bogged down in over time but for the most part they are a caring team who only want what's best for their patients and practice.
