Got sent by letter, off peak yearly travel vouchers for one day use; needed to travel from 5pm to 12am, but ended up not being able to use it. Asian staff working at the station had horrible attitude and couldnt prove his point with evidence but rejection. Not sure if policies and criteria changed or what but my vouchers sent to me can only be used by elderly people etc. Cant opt out of recieving those vouchers using mobile app or login might have to email PTV...
Today the trains are not coming on time and there was announcement about it. Ex train of 8:14 AM came early and left at 8:12 I was just walking in, also all express trains are mixed up with the other trains and screens are not updated as well. I was supposed to be in the express one as it was showing on the screen but ended up taking the other train and now I’m running behind 15 min!!!
Not in a good bloody mood. I was on the right platform but when I asked for clarification, I got told it was on the other platform by one of the staff who said it quite condescendingly and rudely too. Prick. Tried to find him and tell him, I was in fact on the right platform and now I'm going to be late for an appointment even though I arrived early to the station because of his incorrect information but he was nowhere to be found. Hence this review on here. Going to stick with the PTV app from now on.nnStation itself is in decent condition.
This station was well renovated and looks very modern now. It use to not be as safe until the renovation and patrolling of police now which is much better. There are also great local cafes and restaurants on both sides of the station which is very convenient.
Don’t take the 271 bus bus driver was extremely rude he said YES THIS DOES GO TO BOX HILL ALSO TAP ON YOUR MYKI WHEN YOUR READY Yes he was yelling
