I caught a cab today around 4pm in adelaide street opposite the Anzac apartments near edwaed sfreet. I asked the cab driver to follow the 300 bus and catch up to it. He dropped me at tne bus stop opposite emporium in wikham st. I paid with amex. After i got out i realized id left my phone in it. The company has no record of the ride and no phone yet......

The Indian driver is not honest and horrible! He offers terrible service and the way he acts is just ridiculous! He switched off the meter before I arrived the destination, he said $20 dollars straight away. (I paid $22 dollars in total with surcharge) The traffic was all smooth and it normally costs $16-18 dollars from Roma train station to Newmarket. He charged me more with dishonesty and horrible attitude. When I paid with debit card, he would not provide a receipt, I asked for it then he said: you said you do not need it. The driver is not qualified and should not be as a taxi driver. I will never take Black&White Taxi!

Been waiting over 40 mins for a taxi,just phoned them up again to see where it is, have to wait another 10 mins,they say are busy,too many excuses,I have been using the taxis for nearly two years, never on time, most of the taxi drivers don't know where they are going have to ask you for directions, most of them smell,the taxis are dirty. Yellow cabs are just as bad. There a few which are good,but most of them bloody useless, I have phoned up five times to see where my bloody taxi is,they sent it to my home address instead of where I was,I told them five times where I was,bloody hopeless, I would give them no stars

On 25th March 2017 Saturday morning I phoned for a taxi from Mareeba lodge to Mt Uncle Distillery 18 kilometer drive, the driver had a broken arm but that was no excuse for such a filthy taxi that made me uncomfortable to sit in.She was very pleasant but I was so surprised when we arrived at my destination at a cost of $68.15 , as a pensioner this was a huge cost that ruined my day.I will never use or recommend Black &White taxis ever.
