They kept me waiting for almost an hour and when I finally got picked up, I was told by the driver that I had been rejected by several drivers. One driver was going to take me only to put me back on the waiting list because there was possibly another big fare somewhere else. Cost me a small fortune just to go to the other side of town. These idiots sit and wonder why Uber is becoming so popular

The driver used his eftpot machine and took payment from me while he was driving (which must be illegal) he then made me get out of the vehicle while it was still moving. I contacted the company about this but they have completely ignored me. I am now reporting the incident to the Police including the fact that the company refused to provide me with the taxi number of the vehicle.

These people are dangerous, don't put your life at risk by using a taxi in Toowoomba.

Could not sit in back seat of cab, as drivers seat was set into rear seat. The one time we grabbed a cab instead of an uber, great reminder to use mber in future.
