This was an extremely stressful process that Blaak & Assoc made even harder. I had to constantly chase them up and their communication and attitude was appalling at times. Their fees were exorbitant and for the quality of service received an absolute rip off. I will never use them again.

Excellent, reliable service, no matter where our clients have bought Blaaks have serviced their needs, kept them informed and when combined with good liaisons & forward thinking, very pleased.

I experienced nothing but errors and problems from the start with this company; their hidden fees were also high. Apparently having multiple properties transacting with them also does not buy you better service, nor were they responsive to queries regarding the standard of their customer orientation. I will not be using them for my next property purchase.

These guys were very very average. I brought a property Using their service and asked specifically about something which they were not concerned about and then later charged me $1.5k to correct THEIR mistake. Will NEVER use them again. Do yourself a favour and use someone else.
