I was dubious of all the 5 star reviews, however, having been a customer twice now, I can confirm that Sam is great at customer service and really good at his work. Friendly, great at explaining things and has great attention to detail! I had to go back because the first screen fitted cheaper option did not operate correctly. I left it for 3 months and couldn't deal with it any longer. Sam was so understanding and fixed it so quickly. Thank you so much! Will be back if needed, but hope I don't!

Sam is the best, treats you with old fashion service. He down loaded 2 laptops of data which were not working and sorted me out with a decent new laptop. I would recommend him for any IT. issues. He explains information at your level of understanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Excellent customer service and the gentleman that served me on Sunday was fantastic and I would highly recommend everyone to go there.
