Testimonial for Harkiran Madan – Biz Nerve I was referred to Harkiran from BizNerve about mid way through last year by a trusted business consultant. I was told he was very pro active and very different from your regular accountant. I was worried and sceptical. Our business needed financial help and the last thing I needed was another business expense that I had to figure out how to cover. When I met with Harkiran, he said he had worked with businesses that had been in my position before and there was always a financial solution. We started with all the possibilities, some suggested by Harkiran and some suggested by me. We worked together to put a financial dollar to these possibilities and prioritised what was most important and what was least important. Unlike I expected, he did not say “cut all these costs”, but we even increased spending on certain areas, such as re-estabilishing our reception service and completely re-structuring our IT systems. It was so scary. But eventually, these financial changes started happening and we are in a very different financial position than we were last year. I don’t meet up with Harkiran as often as we have less to change, but I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have a business if I didn’t take the plug and work with Harkiran. Getting Help – The Best Decision I have Made When I wanted to expand my business I tried to do it all on my own, but I kept running into obstacles. The banks were just not accepting the information I was giving to them and were reducing my already conservative estimates so I couldn’t get the finance I needed to expand. Harkiran had previously helped me to save money in my business and improve its profitability so I finally agreed to let him help me with the information for the bank to secure the funding I needed. After Harkiran worked on the figures he presented the information in a way the banks needed and I was able to secure the funds to grow my business to the next level.
