It was insanely hot sitting in the dining area with absolutely no relief.nOne of the servers kept interrupting me while I was speaking to someone else who works there.nCute place and the plants are so cool, but maybe it's time to rethink the customer experience?nThe haloumi burger was really good.
Had the best breakfast. Great service with a smile even though they were full and flat out. Dog friendly out the front.
The food was okay nCoffee was good too nnBut the main problem isnVery slowwwww‼‼nWe come around 8:45nAnd the food was come 9:12nIt was not chef fault, he is very busy to cook all the food, and the barista was busy too, chef has to serve the food to table, so how can he be fast?nnSo owner you should hire one more staff or change the system to give every table “a tray “ call the number that you gave to customer and make them come to pick up their dishes through the tray.
Stumbled across this Cafe when in search for a late breakfast ... the food is delish, the atmosphere relaxing, the staff attentive, a little expensive but definitely worth the treat.
The coffee was good. However you probably need to roll out a swag if you want to wait long enough for a meal. I ordered a toasted sandwich & after 30 minutes it was busy so I gave them some leeway I asked if it was still in the way. The young waitress told me it was on the way as we speak. I waited another 15 minutes only to be told that the kitchen had not even started it yet. 45 minutes and no food! Admittedly the barista who told me this was very embarrassed and gave me a refund.nnThe other annoying thing is there is no allocated place to wait if your a takeaway customer I was constantly in the way everywhere I stood & I had a long time to observe this after standing there for the better part of an hour…nnDo better! Yes I received a refund but it is incredibly inconsiderate to waste peoples time like that….
