This is by far the worst computer repair shot I have been to. Send my Alienware in for a repair to its motherboard to only find out that I have to call the shop 6 times in 1 month to find out the status of the repair. The owner promised to call back but never did. Finally had enough, took the computer back and request for a service technician from dell for a home visit to fix the problem. To my surprise 2 of my ribbons were missing one connection the motherboard to the fans the other to the USB ports. Called Greg and I even sent him the pictures I took when the technician was at my home. Never heard back from him after. A problem that could be fixed with $350 from dell ended up costing me $1300 to have the motherboard, graphic card replaced as they were fried without a cooling component. I would not recommend this business to anyone at all after what I have been through. I don't know how business like this can still operate

I needed to see if my computer was recoverable after a power surge. Unfortunately it was completely dead, BUT I purchased a reconditioned laptop which is amazing and great value. The service and communication was exceptional and I highly recommend Biotronics. Couldn't be happier and all my data was recovered and on the new laptop in super quick time. A totally non-stressful experience, and no hidden charges.

After the disaster that was PC Medic (see review there) I took my laptop to Greg at Bitronics. He knew immediately what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. He estimated it would take 3 days to fix (PC Medic took 5 days just to do the quote) and had it done one day earlier than expected. He also quoted much less money than PC Medic and did far more work than they were going to do. He was friendly, competent and knew exactly what he was doing. Will be going back here if I need PC service again.
