There are nice open spaces, and good, shaded Picknick area. The playground is different and interesting. However there are no bins and a lack of shade for the playground. There is also rubbish left all over the play area and the playground is in need of maintenance as it is looking tired and worn.
Why oh why were the toilets in Birrarung Park closed and locked on Melbourne Cup Day when the park was full of groups of people responsibly socially distancing & enjoying the beautiful weather. On such a hot day it was hard to have to limit your fluid intake because of no toilets being available. Ridiculous!!
Nice bush walking and scooter path. Children playground are well maintained.
a great open space with good basic amenities but it could use a bit of grass maintenance.
Great play ground and undercover area. BBQ area needs replacing.
