Popped in to grab a toasted sandwich and ended up with a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were delicious, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly cooked. The burger was absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked homemade meat patty, with tomato, lettuce, onion and gherkin. Very tasty indeed! And relatively inexpensive too. Overall good value, tasty, and warm friendly service. Will definitely be coming back.
Chips size was not very pleasing, neither were the fish pieces. "sausages" appears to mean deep fried hotdog frankfurters here which is a bit too weird for me to want to order again. Chips tasted pretty good not oil soaked/undrained. I'll have to search further afield for a go-to fish and chips to get a decent serve from. :
Bought a Gourmet classic beef burger with added bacon and cheese. Was overall a tasty burger but the bun could have been toasted and maybe less mustard. Well presented in it's own box. Chips were good, it was overall just too expensive for what it was. $11 for burger compared to $6.50 just up the road at our usual the 'Golden Ye'.
Amazing food and even better customer service brought my food to the car as it was raining. If anyone wants great affordable take out, can't go wrong with this place. Will definitely come back again!
This was a good fish and chip shop. Unfortunately now it has new owners. Wouldn't feed it to my cat.
The most delicious ribs! The food is delicious overall but I love ribs and these guys have really satisfied that craving.
Changed my review as it is under new management. From 5 stars to 1. Terrible customer service. A very small amount of chips that were soggy and way over salted. Terrible hotdogs, dry and chewy. Just so disappointing when it was my favourite takeaway.
Worst 3 experiences of any place ive been to 1st time mucked up my order and had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get my wrong order 2nd time maah potato that salty it could not be eated 3rd time was told 40 minute wait turned to 50 -60 and at 80 minutes i gave up and had to drive back down to get my money back
Really disapointed tonite .. had food here before..mussels were so small and smelt like marinated ones you get in punnet from supermarket with added butter..not impressed
Wow. I got hot chips and onion rings. They are cooked quickly, the price is good, and the oil was fresh. And everything was really hot. Great place to come
