We looked at the site and found the part we needed. Tried calling on shop number and mobile. No answer. Left a message and no reply back. How can you purchase something when owner doesn’t even reply or answer phone. Very bad for business.

Very bad experience I ordered a crash bar from Birds it took over 2 months to receive my bars. This was after countless phone calls to them !! They claimed the order went missing at no time did they advise me of this ! They processed my payment in a flash ! I finally received my bars after more phone calls about my order ! When bar arrived they were the wrong one !! After more calls I was told that there was an adaptor plate to make the bar fit ? After waiting about 3 weeks waiting for the part that I was in no doubt not going to make the bar fit my bike, I again rang and requested a refund as I was over the lies Brendan was spinning me ! This was on the odd occasion he spoke to me ! He prefered to let his office girl to deal with it as he was not Man enough to stand up ! Very different to his website stating they are a family business with honour and integrity ? I sent the useless bars back and had Brendan's word that when I provided proof of postage he would refund me straight away ! That was a week and half ago still no refund ! Brendan is rude and even hung up on me when I told him how incompetent and dishonest he was ! I rang again last week and Brendan's usual would not speak to me as he was too scared and got his staff to take my wrath. It has now been over 3 months that I made a huge mistake of doing business with this company ! Suggest you think seriously before parting with your money otherwise you will end up having to go to Consumer Affairs to try and get your money back! An absolute disgrace. !! If I could give no stars I would !!

I ordered parts on Monday and received them on Wednesday great guys to deal with and very helpfull will definitely deal with them again.

Hi all, Just a big thanks to all at Birds Bitz, placed a order on the saturday at the start of the Anzac day long weekend, on tuesday got conformation that my order was recived by Birds Bitz, and on wednesday the courier was buzzing my door bell at 7.30 in the morning. Seeing that l live in Sydney there service was outstanding and l will always use and recommend Birds Bitz to everyone seeking Harley parts. THANKS GUYS..
