I’ve been to the city location and now the OG location and I love both places. The dessert is consistent at both places and I’m glad to hear that they will be expanding to another location.nThey are a super busy dessert spot and I can definitely understand the hype.nFor only $16, you can get a good portion of bingsu which is flavoured nicely and comes with different toppings. $16 is such a steal for shaved ice, a lot of other places have an insane price tag for dessert that doesn’t taste as good as here.nI personally think that their shaved ice is sweet enough that you don’t need the condensed milk, but some people may like it super sweet and have the condensed milk with their bingsu.nWe tried some drinks as well, iced hojicha and iced matcha which were both $7 - definitely worth the price, the matcha and hojicha flavour was strong which is how I like them.nI can’t wait to try out more flavours on their menu!
The best shaved ice dessert place we've tried within Melbourne! They have an excellent selection of shaved ice creams, some nice drinks, and two choices of brioche buns - Original and Coconut! Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Friendly staff with an exceptional sense of service! Quick and easy ordering process paried with quick serving! Overall, satisfaction level 110%, recommendation, of course!
Loved the bingsu! We tried coconut pandan, ube, and their monthly special tiramisu! They were all very flavourful and we enjoyed them. Only wish they came in a bigger portion considering it's $16 for shaved ice, or they can consider offering different sizes. I also had a hot matcha latte which was average.
All I can say is try the UBE! I was hitting the table and my leg was wagging like a dog ... it was THAT GOOD!!!nnIt was sooo good, we re-ordered.nnA line formed outside, waiting to get seats.nnDefinitely will be coming over more often!!!nn---nEdit: 23-Mar-2024nnWent back and ordered 3 UBE!!!nnI had to hold my excitement when it came as kids were around. Seriously good Bingsu. Loved the coconut pandan and hojicha flavours. Texture was perfect. The steamed brioche buns were gorgeous and the pandan sauce that came with it was the perfect accompaniment. Great dessert place and will happily come back!!
