Billy lane pest control services are the best around in my opinion. I was in a huge pickle and they came around to my house and sorted it out no trouble at all.. I would highly recommend them, they where great to talk to and they knew what to do.. thanks again Paul...
Billy Lanes Pest Control is very poor about their service. Their appointment at 10:30AM but arrived 90 minutes late, but keep saying we will reach in next 10 minutes over the phone. Secondly, lots of cockroaches are still in the home but they didn't attend even we informed more than two times including photographs, so the six months warranty period they are offering is useless.
Great service and always go the extra mile to ensure all areas internal and external are treated. Offers sound advice on how to minimise pests in the house and surrounds.Good value for the price charged. Highly recommended
I rang up today to inquire about a termite inspection with a detection dog, apparently they have not used the dog for some years now and said they are not that good and they have more modern equipment like moisture meter and thermal camera, yet all over their web site it states they have a dog and how good the dog is. Found this very confusing and not very professional to advertise something for so long and not use it. I ended up finding another person with a dog and he was a lot cheaper than what they told me he could be not they were able to give me his number. Response to your reply Thank you for your response Mathew it was very disappointing that your worker has such a low opinion on what you seem to base your business on and now seem to out source according to your response. His opinion has been taught by someone and I would suggest you educate him a lot better if you are going to have holidays and leave him in charge of the phone and your potential customers. Either way I have now arranged for someone else to do an inspection for me. Also at no point did I swear or was irate, I am sorry for asking your teenage worker a few questions on the information he told me about your inspection tools. At the end of the day you left a teenager in charge of your business and someone has told him information he had passed onto me which was not correct. Yes i did call off a business line that is private, if your worker wanted to ask for my number he could have had someone return my call regarding my inquiry he could of but at no point did he, he seemed not interested in giving me information about getting my inquiry resolved.
Had Paul out with his dog to do an inspection, did a great job and was very professional. Would recommend this business
