Absolutely disgusting. I was excited when I saw all the beautiful photos and ordered a few dresses. They shipped me cheap copies of the dresses with different fabric and the cut and stitching wasn’t even the same. I received an ugly cheap knock off that I couldn’t even wear. They do not give refunds and keep your money, make you pay to return their cheap knock off and then offer a reduced store credit. That is the very definition of a scam. False advertising and taking your money for a good they do not provide.
Such lovely helpful staff. They were very busy, but they had time for each prospective customer. The dresses & outfits were gorgeous & was very pleased to find my perfect gala dress. Thank you ad it was my first time shopping with you & will definitely be back
Love this shop!!! Their clothing is absolutely beautiful. I firstly shopped online as I am from Melbourne. But found the store while on holiday and was even more in love. My experience in store was faultless. The range and price of clothing is fantastic but the customer service was even better. I was given all the help I needed to ensure my purchases were exactly what I wanted. Thankyou to the in store team. I cannot wait to buy again!!

The team is quick to reply to any queries and always offers helpful and informative responses.nnWe ordered a couple of bridesmaids' dresses online, but needed to exchange them for different sizes. The team at BillyJ made the exchange process seamless, and we received the new dresses in record time.nnI highly recommend BillyJ and will definitely use their services again in the future.
Best customer service from the kawana Island store. The minute I walked in the door loved the honest opinion by the staff member bought 3 different outfits, One of these being the outfit the sales consultant wore.nnWill definitely come back.
