Got a mocktail shake glass was chipped all i got was "oh sorry yeah its a bit broken" and an offer to put it in another glass or takeaway cup... glass could have been in my drink. Pretty sure you're not meant to serve drinks to customers in chipped glasses! Drink was awful anyway gross and full of syrup... at least i got my money back!

Poor service, glass not rinsed properly, food order misplaced & acknowledged 30 mins later, ended up asking for refund & left in disgust.
