Very disappointed after I found out staff charged me more than the shop website marked prices and telling me it is the best price. I paid $180, but the online shop only marked $164. Not huge diff, but just a bit uncomfortable. Please check their online price before go to the shop, or talk to the boss direct.

Hired to move a pool table, agreed on a time. The blokes came earlier than planned and instead of waiting a further 30 mins till agreed time got told i can pay a further $100 on top of a quoted price or get someone else to do it. Guess I'll get someone more professional to do it.

You kidding me!? The agreed time was 1pm - 3pm, you say hour notice? Your guys rang me at 11:40 said they were 25mins away thats outside hour notice, i said guess should be ok. But didnt give me time to get there & contact seller. I got there at 12:10 your guys got there 12:15 took me yes few tries to get hold of seller but said he had organised to leave his WORK to be there on time frame you gave. 12:20 your boys said you told them they could come back for extra $100 or get someone else. Don't try making it your customers fault when you cant run a business. You stuffed me & the seller around. I hope people read this & see how useless you are.
