Really cool sanctuary! Very interactive. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and it's a nice spread out area for all the animals. Not quite as constraining and "zoo-like." If you're in the area, definitely check this place out.

This place is beautiful and the sanctuary workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. The shows are interesting and educational, you also get lots of chances to get really up close with many different animals. Highly recommended for all ages. The crocodile feeding is amazing and was probably the highlight of the day for me, followed by feeding a cassowary and the swarm of turtles!

We arrived in the morning with no real expectations. Once in we made use of the free insect repellent and having purchased our bag of bird and kangaroo feed we went exploring. There were animal learning shows on regularly throughout the morning and repeated plus a couple of extras in the afternoon. The animals looked well cared for and the staff were very knowledgeable. The day was very interactive and there is even a pool to cool off in. There is plenty of tables for picnics or the is limited but nice café style for. We can recommend the cream tea and hot drink. We learnt so much about the animals there and enjoyed it so much we returned the next day as part of the initial entrance ticket. On a more negative side there is no fresh water to top up the water bottles as with a lot of places due to the recycling water system they use but there are plenty of cold drinks for sale. A recommended day out for either adults like us or as a family group.

Amazing experience I ever had... Holding my favorite koala it was just the cutest animal I already hold. It was worth.
