Good running track with soccer pitch in the middle. Have to climb the gate to get in because it’s not really open to the public despite being council property. Getting out doesn’t require climbing. Caution on lane 1 because there’s a bit of a pothole that you’ll need to avoid.
Here for the St DOMS school sports and one of the best athletic tracks on this side of Melbourne.
Using Google map to this place, was unable to find the entrance. Suggest Google to edit it.nnThe track is nice and ample parking spaces.
A real shame that this facility is left to decay, unused 95% of the time as it is behind locked gates total opposite approach to the better maintained Duncan Mackinnon Reserve track.nI suppose you can run on the football ovals nearby.
Good track but closed off. Council property that tax payers upkeep, open the gates please!!
