I ordered falafel hsp, the chips and the falafel was not properly cooked and was soft and raw from inside.. they put a lot of salt and garlic paste on it instead of proper dressings and salads. The tomato sauce they had was also low quality.. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!Food: 1/5
Absolute rubbish, the squid wasn't squid and everything else was the tiny frozen prawns. In TASMANIA of all places. We have the best seafood on earth and get sold this rubbish. I will be in soon to cause a scene. How dare you
The food is reliable and consistent. My default kebab stop on the eastern shore.Food: 4/5
Have ordered twice via uber eats. Both a small chicken snackpack. First one was a good size and was a good dinner. Second was more of a snack, both cost $14.90. I'm not sure if I accidentally got the large size my first time, or if the store reduced the sizes of their meals. Extremely disappointed with the size of this meal. For $15 without delivery fees etc it's quite small. Will stick to the Dellas Store in the future. Their snack packs are cheaper and actually PACKED. Don't be fooled by their picture on ubereats as that must be the large offering. The small box is only a snack for most people. As you can see from the sauce level it's only filled 3/4 of the way to the top of the small box.
Disgraceful how poorly run this place is now, waited 45mins for 2 kebabs we didn't get after watching several people walk out after not being served or waiting longer than us and we did same thing getting a refund on way out, will never step foot in that place ever againFood: 1/5
Expensive for quantity provided. The chicken was very less. The taste was alright I guess but value of money not so much. I won’t be getting it again.
Friendly staff and good portion Food is tasty
We ordered a simple kebab. Got cold meat two tiny bits of tomato. It was dry and distasteful. Not the sauce we asked for And when I rang to speak to someone I was told it was my fault or uber eats issue and to complain to them and they wouldn't be doing anything about it I found the whole experience a waste of time and money. So much for customer service! Always willing to give any consumer the chance to fix or amend a mistake but I was meet with rudeness and lack of care for their customers. Wouldn't recommend or go there again. Really disappointing My partner rang first and after the lady answering the phone argued with him for a few minutes. I spoke with her. Then the manager. After asking four times for some sort of amendment and being refused and spoken to badly. So yes I'm happy to give an honest review unfortunately bad. A mistake with food is fine when handled appropriately but to be brushed off. Proves spending money here. Is about their income and not at all about customer service. It went in the bin where it belongs. Keep your $16 and get onto some training on customer service and customer complaint handling
The food is good and the service is quick. I like the kebabsFood: 5/5
All good for the people wanting kebabs but if like me you wanted noodles then there is at leadt a 30min wait. So husband and Aunt had dinner served in less than 5 minutes and all I had was a drink.
