I am totally utterly addicted to this art not to mention grateful and forever indebted to Louie for his amazing teaching, his passion for the craft, endless inspiration, knowledge and motivation. I find it to be meditative, the heat is addictive and it is a relatively complete workout. I LOVE IT!

Studio is really nice and clean , a really good size..there is also private shower which is uncommon for yoga studio. In new Zealand   .locker available as well. Instructor was a very nice guy make u feel welcome. Great class.

Louie is very welcoming and attentive to each member’s development. Highly recommend!
