I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is the most amazing Yoga and Pilates place you will ever find! The teachers here are amazing and very very lovely! It's a very relaxed environment where you can feel free without any pressure of the outside world and even doing the yoga itself. Your free to go at your own pace and just breath and love your surroundings. The people are lovely and the area is amazing! Who wouldn't want to go to such a wonderful place to be at peace with yourself and your mind?! Highly recommended for anyone who is a beginner and wants to learn or even anyone wanting to relocate to a new place... this is the one for you!
Incredibly nervous to try Hot Yoga / Bikram but the teachers at the studio put me at ease. So much so I have kept coming back for a few years now. They are so supportive, nurturing and encourage you to listen to your body but apply yourself and go to your "edge" whatever that might be for the day. Can't wait to try their new Hot Pilates classes recently added to the timetable!
I have been practising Bikram for a while and have tried a couple of different studios, both in Australia and overseas. Bikram Bardon is my favourite! Really friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Nice clean and tidy studio and good parking. The Yoga itself is life changing! Come and try it out, you wont regret it!
Have been coming to this studio for years for Bikram and now there's Inferno Hot Pilates, a great complement to the yoga. Instructors are caring and inspiring, fellow students are friendly and the practice is addictive.
Awesome yoga studio. Haven't been for a while, but I found all the teachers really great, especially Rowena- amazing instruction and information. Re the last review mentioning the smell- that is just part of Bikram, as anyone who does Bikram would know..and I would see professional cleaners after the morning classes everytime, so I feel comfortable with its level of hygeine. great shower facilities on offer too!
I've been coming to Bikram Hot Yoga Brisbane for over two years now and loved it from my first class. Best time and money investment in my health ever. Love the owners and the teachers, a very inclusive studio. Well worth the effort to get there and give it a go.
People at all levels of fitness, all body types and across a wide range of ages come to classes here. I have felt welcomed and supported every time I have done a hot yoga class. The classes are well run, taught by gentle people who truly know what they are doing and the studio clean and comfortable.
This studio has amazing teachers who go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your practice. Not only do you get a hot yoga or hot pilates class but a community of support and friendship. I love this studio and can't recommend it enough.
Bikram yoga is the real thing. It's the hardest exercise I've ever done, but I keep coming back for more. The Bikram Yoga Brisbane is great; the nicest instructors, great facilities and the best view from a yoga studio anywhere.
A great yoga community at the studio its friendly - love the instructors and the vibe! If you haven't done Bikram before you are in for a challenge - its tough but there is reward for effort!! It gets great results!
